She carries out internal audits of documents and procedures in the area of labor law, suggesting optimal solutions tailored to the needs and particular situation of the employer. Magdalena Fengler supports employers in hiring foreigners from Europe or other continents. She develops company bylaws, including rules and regulations, procedures, employment and civil law contracts and other agreements concluded between employers and employees. She advises on organization of worktime and remunerations as well as represents clients before labor courts and trade unions.

Magdalena Fengler gained her experience, among others in a joint-stock company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, providing corporate services for its governing bodies and companies from the capital group. Moreover, she was in charge of fulfilment of the obligations concerning provision of information arising from the regulations related to capital market, relations with investors as well as communication with the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Polish Financial Supervision Authority and Central Securities Depository of Poland. Moreover, Magdalena Fengler provided services for employers forming capital groups throughout the whole country.
