Dawid Michalak provides comprehensive legal assistance for entrepreneurs in their day-to-day business operations, in particular as regards the aspect of corporate governance, contracts and their implementation. He also represents clients at court and in administrative proceedings.

As part of his practice as a legal counsel, Dawid Michalak provides consulting services mainly in matters relating to company law, commercial law as well as civil and business law. He participates in transformations, mergers and divisions of companies. He carries out investigation of legal companies (due diligence) and conducts widely understood M&A transactions. In addition, he is involved in representation of his Clients at court, often in very complicated cases.

Dawid Michalak gained his professional experience in renowned law firms in Greater Poland as well as in a joint-stock production company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, in which he was in charge of preparation and negotiation of contracts and support of the company governing bodies (management board, supervisory board).

A graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and Legal Counsel registered by the Bar Association in Poznań.
