Elżbieta Czarnecka – Hempowicz supports Clients in their day-to-day business operations in the field of broadly understood civil law, labor law and intellectual property law and specializes in pursuit of claims at court.

In the years 2002-2007 and 2012-2017 she cooperated with Poznań law firms providing day-to-day services for entrepreneurs. Between 2007 and 2012 she worked for the judges of the County Court in Poznań as a judge assistant, preparing draft decisions in commercial cases. Since 2017 she has been a founding partner at Wołos & Hempowicz Law Firm and has contributed her commitment and experience, constantly developing the competence required in the changing market.

Elżbieta Czarnecka – Hempowicz deals with preparation and enforcement of contracts. She draws up and negotiates copyright assignment and license agreements, implementation and disputes related to the implementation of computer programs. As regards the pursuit of claims, she deals with disputes related to construction works contracts, commercial law, including disagreements between partners in commercial companies and responsibility of board members for liabilities of the company and towards the company.

She has successfully represented clients in several proceedings concerning the exclusion of a partner from the company or partnership, leading to the exclusion of a limited partner from the limited partnership under the decision of the Supreme Court. She represented one of the largest international railway constructors in a dispute with the State Treasury, as a result of which the parties reached a settlement.

A graduate of Kozminski University in Warsaw. Completed postgraduate study in Law of Modern Technologies. Mediator at the Mediation Center at the District Bar Association of Legal Counsels in Poznań.
